Established in 2006, Infinity Technical Services is a Commercial IT Company in Staten Island, NY, not a franchise and not a reseller front. We work with businesses only, on one flat rate each month.

That independence is also why the pricing model stays simple: one flat rate scoped to what your business actually runs, billed monthly, without the overhead or staff of building an IT department yourself, instead of an hourly clock that spikes the month something breaks or a package built for a business that is not yours.
Technology partners
We run our own business on the same stack we install for you.
Our own company mail runs on Intermedia, the same platform behind the Hosted Exchange, SecuriSync and ShareSync products we set up for clients. If we are going to put your business on a system, we put ours on it first.
The equipment and software we work with day to day comes from Microsoft, Dell, Sophos, Bitdefender and NinjaRMM, covering everything from the workstations themselves to the endpoint security and remote monitoring running underneath them.

Who we work with
Particular experience with law firms, medical and dental practices.
A lawyer holding client files or a doctor and dentist holding patient records carry a different level of exposure than a typical small business, and less room for a mistake. That work shapes how we approach IT security for every client, not only the ones in those fields.
