Managed IT Services

Managed IT is the day to day work an in-house IT department would normally handle, run for one flat rate each month instead of a salary line. That covers workstation software updates and troubleshooting, network setup and Wi-Fi configuration, cloud infrastructure setup, wireless device setup and the ordinary tech support calls that come up on a Tuesday afternoon. The idea is simple: your business gets the coverage of a full IT team without carrying the cost of hiring one in-house.

IT Security

IT security covers three layers at once: the network everything connects through, the devices on that network, and the data stored on those devices. That includes SecuriSync setup, protection against malicious access attempts, ongoing data protection and backup, and locking devices down so only what should connect actually does. This approach is shaped by years of working with law firms and private medical and dental practices, where sensitive client and patient data raises the stakes well past what a typical small business carries.

Network Cabling

None of the above runs without the physical wiring behind it. We cable server racks so they are labeled and organized rather than a rat's nest hidden behind a panel, run cabling to reception desks, service terminals and sales offices, and wire phone lines and ethernet for VoIP systems so the setup stays easy to service and reconfigure later, not just easy to install once and forget.

Security Camera Installation

We help you choose cameras suited to your building, place them where they actually earn their keep, at the entrance and anywhere money changes hands or the public has access, and configure cloud sharing, auto-archiving and remote access so the footage is there and usable the one time you need it, not just recording quietly into a box nobody checks.
